Clare Martin (MBPsS, MAPP)
Clare Martin, is the owner and founder of Goldcrest Training and is passionate about everything wellbeing. She strongly believes that people can find a balance between performance and wellbeing in the workplace and this is what allows people to thrive.

Beyond Positive Psychology, Clare has two main passions: salsa and the outdoors. Whether it is dancing, climbing, surfing or cycling, having the freedom to step away from work is important for her to refocus, be more productive and maintain the drive to further support people.
