Psychological Coaching
Coaching is a tool to help you think more clearly, focus on what really matters and move forward to a positive outcome. The role of the coach is to support you on your journey through unconditional positive regard, which means we listen to you like nothing else matters, ask questions to help you explore your problem and challenge you to move towards a solution. It doesn't matter what your journey is, whether work related, relationship focused, health based or personal development, coaching will give you the space to find out what you want and the tools to achieve it.
There are no magic answers but there are tools from cognitive behavioural psychology and positive psychology that can help you reframe, see things differently and open your mind to new possibilities. Typically clients have 6-12 sessions approximately every 2-3 weeks.
Sessions last 90 minutes and there is often an invite to engage with new tools or ideas in between sessions.

Credentials
International Society for Coaching Psychology
All our coaches have a psychological background as well as coaching qualifications. We abide by the ethical guidelines and good practice of the International Society of Coaching Psychology which means we focus on evidence based strategies. We are continuously developing professionally and actively promote and support the development of coaching research and evidence based practice.
Strengthscope Practitioner
We are accredited to run the Strengthscope psychometric along with Strengthscope 360 and run either coaching or training to support. Understanding what makes people unique and identifying with our strengths allows us to grow and develop faster and further than focusing only on weaknesses. Strengths profiles are a key area of positive psychology research and they support you to be ‘at your best’ more of the time.
